Our classes incorporate a number of techniques to improve mobility and flexibility, and build confidence, strength, and cardiovascular fitness
in a safe and fun environment.
The focus of each class varies from day to day, incorporating exercises to improve lean muscle mass and reduce body fat, or increase
strength with powerful, dynamic movements.
