HOW WE TRAIN

Using our movement-based philosophy, we focus on the foundational movements of everyday life. We incorporate a variety of functional training methods into our fitness classes including TRX and ViPR.

 

Whether you are a beginner to exercise or an avid gym goer, each class will be tailored to suit your needs, abilities and goals.

Classes are £6 pay as you go, or we offer a monthly membership with unlimited sessions for £45. See our timetable below.
