Men's Mental Health Programme

FREE 12 Week FUNCTIONAL FITNESS Exercise Programme 

Calling all GUY's who need a much-needed break from the norm.  This programme aims to build physical and mental resilience through high quality exercise.

We are recruiting 2 cohorts of 12 men to carryout twelve weeks of exercise.  Details of the first cohort are as followers:

Cohort 1

Start Date: Thursday 5th December

Time: 7 - 8.30pm

All sessions include 1hr exercise followed by 30 minutes social time with a free refreshment.
