Our full body workouts will rebuild you from the bottom up, with a strong emphasis on improving mobility, flexibility, functionality and strength. The body conditioning process will give you the confidence and motivation to move better, more often.
Our Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes specialist will work with you to identify your barriers to a healthy lifestyle and weight, giving you clear advice, guidance and support through the behavioural change process.
OUR SESSIONS include 1hr exercise class followed by 30 minutes social time where we will discuss weight management strategies and conduct regular weigh in's to make sure you stay on track.
